On Sunday, March 23, 2014 in front of 100,000 people, labor leaders from across Southern California and our International Presidents have been invited to the pre-race stage activities to experience the thrill as two stadium-sized crowds watch a tribute to organized labor and cheer us on as our work is acknowledged.
Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to show our union pride in front of America for a race which is being broadcast live on Fox. From the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, LA/Orange County Building and Construction Trades Council, and the Orange County Central Labor Council, to our first-responders, mechanics, auto workers, race-track grocery workers, and the workers inside the NASCAR brands, such as Coca-Cola, we have a strong connection to this sport and are thrilled about the opportunity to be honored.
