	Liability Insurance for Family Child Care Providers Metro Rider Relief Transportation Program Metro’s Rider Relief Transportation Program (RRTP) provides fare subsidy coupons to qualifying riders to use each month when buying transit passes. SEIU Local 99 is a participating provider. With proof of income, applicants may fill out and submit applications for passes at all three SEIU Local 99 locations.
