“I’m going to make sure to vote in this election. I prepare kids for kinder, so the schools I send them to matter to me. I want to help elect leaders who will continue to bring improvements to my neighborhood schools.” —Antonia Rivas |

On March 7, voters living in East L.A., West L.A. and the San Fernando Valley will elect LAUSD School Board Members. These are the leaders who make decisions that affect the quality of the schools where we and the families we serve send our children. Let’s support candidates who work to improve graduation rates, protect vulnerable populations and ensure that our SEIU Local 99 sisters and brothers working for the District have good jobs.
…and here’s a tip to help make sure you can easily vote in EVERY SINGLE ELECTION.
Register as a “Vote-by-Mail” voter and don’t ever miss an election again! Select ‘Yes’ during the registration process when asked if you want to get your ballot by mail before each election.
