Our union is aware that LAUSD is reducing hours for positions in Special Education. Once again, the District is implementing a unilateral change without first negotiating with our union. They tried it with a new attendance policy – and we’re fighting back. They tried it with job duties – we’re fighting back. Now it’s reduction in work hours – and we’re fighting back even stronger than ever. And we’ll keep standing strong for as long as it takes LAUSD to get the message – the bullying stops here!
