11:00 am – Check-out time! Turn in keys, put baggage on bus. |
| 7:15 am – Departure time from SEIU Local 99. Plenty of games, prizes, raffles, fun on the bus! Please bring your own snacks for the bus. |
3:00 pm – Depart from Laughlin. |
| 1:30 pm – Approximate arrival time to Edgewater Hotel. (Check-in at 3:00 PM) |
8:00 pm – Approximate arrival to SEIU Local 99 |

This trip is brought to you by SEIU Local 99’s Member Services Committee.
Please note:
- All passengers must be 21 yrs & older w/ valid photo ID (state issued ID or passports)
- Only Local 99 Members & Staff and a max of 2 additional guests each are eligible to participate.
- Must pay in advance to ensure your reservation; Reservations will be made on a first-pay first-servebasis.
- If there are not enough reservations to fill reserve bus(es), then your payment will be returned to you.
- Submit cash, cashiers check, or money order (payable to SEIU Local 99) and Reservation form to Local 99. All payments must be received by Friday, June 24, 2016.
- No Refunds! You must find your own replacement. Your replacement must be a Local 99 Member.
