Misuse of sign-in sheets at LACOE
Pursuant to our discussions in multiple round table sessions with Dr. Delgado and the cabinet, we have an understanding that sign in sheets are ONLY to be used for SAFETY AND SECURITY purposes. Yet, as we continue to review the survey, many of you are being disciplined based on you signing in. Sign-in sheets are not to be used for any disciplinary actions i.e. attendance, evaluations, etc. On August 27th, we showed our solidarity and protest by not signing in/out on Thursday!
