Dear LAUSD Transportation Employee:
Come join me to prepare to fight for our rights.
We must decide all the things we want to negotiate at these meetings:
- Working in higher classifications with no pay differential.
- Pro-rated accruals based on hours worked.
- In-House bidding of open positions before hiring from outside.
- Sub-Contracting of our jobs.
- Seniority rights.
- Any and all changes Management makes that impact us.
We must fight to fix these issues in our Labor Management meetings.
