- Industry Division Recommendations for Vacant Executive Board Delegate Seats in Large K-12 Unit C and Early Education (subject to Executive Board approval).
- Nominations for Industry Division Positions on Local 99 Grievance and Arbitration Committee (subject to Executive Board approval).
Additionally, per SEIU Local 99’s Constitution & Bylaws (Article 9, Section 5), this Industry Division Meeting shall serve as the Candidate Initiation Meeting for the purpose of allowing members who wish to run for an SEIU Local 99 Officer or Executive Board position to initiate their candidacy by obtaining nomination petitions and collecting signatures of fellow Industry Division members.

A meeting of members working in LAUSD Special Education will take place immediately after the Industry Division Meeting. This meeting is only open to official SEIU Local 99 members in good standing.
